How it Works
Generally, we can briefly meet on Zoom to discuss the project, time frame, and cost; usually no more than an hour.
You can then either (a) send me your paper to work on independently, or (b) book one-on-one appointments, on Zoom, where we work together to finish your project, or (c) a combination of the two.
Working together can be anything from generative brainstorming, talking through ideas, or free-writing, to engaging in somatic practices. These practices can encompass breathwork, mindful awareness, energy work, movement, meditation on their own, combined, and/or commingled with writing, and other emergent nudgings.
